I've had a fantastic experience at this gym. The instructors are exceptional, and the variety of classes keeps me coming back. Sharon brings an incredible depth of knowledge to both yoga and Pilates. She explains not just how to do each movement, but why, always taking time to demonstrate proper technique and offer personalized corrections throughout class. J’s yoga classes are an experience. The dynamic flow, thoughtfully chosen music, and creative sequences make every class engaging. He offers multiple options for poses so everyone can progress at their own pace, and he consistently stays after class to help anyone working on a specific movement. Jonathan's Les Mills class is the best 30-minute workout you could ask for. The music is motivating, the exercises are constantly changing to keep every muscle group engaged, and he makes an effort to learn everyone's names, creating a welcoming community that makes you look forward to every class. Billy goes out of his way to keep the gym running smoothly behind the scenes, paying attention to little details. He’s always knowledgeable whether you have questions in the machines or classes. Beyond the amazing instructors, the gym has

I have been a member since 2015 ( took a Covid break of a few years). Overall I like the gym, the location is great! The workout mats have seen their best days and are way overdue for replacement. The two ends are ripping and cracked and uncomfortable to be on. I have raised this issue at the front desk once but the ii doesn't seem like this makes the priority list. Dear management, please do something about it!

Great location and workable weight machines/free weights without too much crowding at the hours I want to go. Not fancy but totally gets the job done. After working out there a while I just started recently going to the classes and it's totally changed the way I interact with the gym. You can sign up online (if there's still space) up until minutes before the class starts without having to commit week after week. Even then it's a little bit of accountability that makes me get up and go. I see a mix of returning and new faces week over week and its a nice human group activity in an increasingly bleak digital world. If you are thinking about trying the classes, here's some recommendations: - Jonathan's Les Mills core class on Saturday is set to music, fast-paced, and fairly intense. It's also short at 30 mins. So right when I am about over it, it ends. He brings a great, fun, energy and is kind to newcomers. It never feels too bad in the moment but I can feel it the next day (in a good way). - Sharon's Pilates and Yoga classes are calmer but can be equally challenging. She focuses on building technique and usually teaches several ways to do each exercise. After I've done the move a

I've been going to this gym about six years. Very reasonably priced and good amenities. Big fan of the sauna, excellent classes. I'm a big yogi and loved my classes with Sharon and Chris. Both very experienced and not paying for an overpriced studio. I love the Body Pump classes with Charles and Gabriella. It's a great environment to learn lifting as a woman. Republic is down the street and it's double the price with the same exact amenities...so I don't really see the appeal. Only downside is it can get pretty packed, which is why I do mainly classes.

This gym is great! I mostly use cardio machines, free weights, and the yoga studio. I never have trouble getting onto a machine, or into a class. Free weights are ample. With 4 yoga classes/week, I don’t have to stress about scheduling. Sharon is a very knowledgeable instructor, and I always leave her classes feeling peaceful and energized. This gym also has a wide array of resistance machines, a turf area, mats, personal trainers, a sauna, and a great water fountain. Location is very convenient, and the price beats local competition. 10/10 Would recommend
